Photo of Wansbeck CVSEstablished in 1987 Wansbeck Centre for Voluntary Service provides information, support and advice to voluntary and community groups throughout the Wansbeck area.

Wansbeck Centre for Voluntary Service is based close to the centre of Ashington and there are currently over 200 member organisations registered with us.

Membership of the CVS is free to all Wansbeck based voluntary organisations, community and resident groups. Organisations in Castle Morpeth are welcome to become members of the Volunteer Centre.

Wansbeck Centre for Voluntary Service provides a Project Development Service, a Funding Advice Service, a Volunteer Centre and a Community Engagement Project.

We are sub-contracted by a4e to deliver the New Deal Programme to 18 to 24 year olds and 25+ throughout the local area.
