Finance and Administration Support Worker

  • Type: Part-time, 25 hours/week, 5 days/week, 12 months with the possibility of extension at the end of the term.
  • Salary: £13,308 - £16,206 per annum pro-rata depending upon the experience and qualifications of the applicant.
  • Location: The Old Chandlery, 30 Ridley Street, Blyth.
  • Starting date: early July.

About the position:

As part of the development of the Finance and Administration Departments, a new post has been created for a Finance and Administration Support Worker.

The role includes manning the reception area of The Old Chandlery, acting as the first point of contact for the public, processing the monthly staff payroll, assisting the finance team to maintain internal management accounts and financial procedures, and any other duties as required.

The successful applicant will be required to commence their duties in early July 2011.
