This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and dynamic professional to undertake a new pivotal and challenging role. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the following areas in the organisation:

• Marketing & Communications
• HR & Training
• IT
• Quality & Risk Management

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive this role sits at the heart of an ambitious
Senior Management Team. The Head of Corporate Support will be instrumental to
driving up standards and embed an effective performance culture. This role will also
provide operational support across the organisation.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in senior leadership of one
or more disciplines of the post. Ideally you should have experience of managing
multi disciplinary teams and leading them to excel. As an effective role model, you
will contribute to the creation of a performance driven culture and ensure exceptional
standards and outputs are achieved. You must demonstrate that you can work within
and support the culture and value base of a high achieving and diverse voluntary
sector organisation.
