Charities Could Win An Executive Box at NUFC v Wolves on 25 February
Local charities and good causes are being given a chance to win an executive box for an upcoming Toon game, thanks to Newcastle United Foundation.
The Foundation, an independent charity supported by NUFC, will donate the box to a deserving North East project for the Newcastle vs. Wolves match on Saturday 25 February (kick off 3pm).
Guests will be served drinks and a three-course meal in the comfort of the box enjoying the pre match build-up, after which they can soak up the stadium atmosphere from the private balcony area. The box also includes an LCD TV, allowing guests to relive each goal close-up. The charity will also be given a framed shirt signed by the current first team players.
The box, which seats eight people and is situated in the South West corner, could be used in a number of ways. For example, the chosen charity may decide to give a group of deserving youngsters a day to remember, or to provide an afternoon of well-earned respite for carers. Alternatively, the use of the executive box could be used as a raffle or auction prize to raise funds for the charity.
Charities interested in this opportunity should write a short paragraph explaining what they do and how they would use the box, and send it to foundation@nufc.co.uk by 27 January 2012.
