Wansbeck Forum for Older People

The aim of the Forum is to provide a “Central Voice” where older people can come together and discuss anything of common concern.

Meetings often have a speaker on an issue or subject that the forum have identified at previous meeting these have included Care Trust, Housing and the Police.

We are affiliated to Help the Aged/Age Concern and receive regular information on older Peoples issues and campaigns.

The forum also organise social outings, and lunches a few times during the year. To encourage more isolated people to get out and about!
